Dr. Nicolas Classen
Coach for Performance, Leadership and Development
I am glad you found your way to my website. Here, I would like to briefly show you who I am, how I work, and what matters to me. I support individuals, teams and organizations in growing together and realizing their potential to the fullest - for development that connects.
Profile
Since 2015, I have passionately supported individuals and teams who want to grow together in sports, business or the arts. Before that, I was active in research and teaching in the Netherlands and the USA, focusing on innovation, family businesses, and entrepreneurship. I am inspired by people who recognize their strengths, surpass themselves and bring constructive energy to their environment. I support you in staying clear-minded, taking the lead, and realizing your full potential even under pressure, while remaining capable of action and socially effective.
