Partner: Collaboration & supervision – Klaus Regnault
Since early 2015, I have been working closely with Performance Coach Klaus Regnault (http://www.complex-coaching-consulting.nz/). With over 30 years of international experience in elite coaching in sports and other high-performance contexts, he is one of the pioneers in our field. He was the first person to familiarize me with the entire Complex Coaching program and personally trained me over a period of three years. Since completing my one-on-one training at the end of 2017, I have been receiving ongoing professional supervision from Klaus—to ensure the highest quality and continuous development in performance coaching and training. The program, which we continually refine together, has been proven to help top performers worldwide achieve their personal best.
Much of my current approach and working style is rooted in my collaboration with Klaus. Through him, I have learned to translate complex concepts in a way that clients can immediately apply in their daily lives and to combine peak performance with joy and ease. The focus is always on solving specific problems, which often lead to long-term, trusting partnerships with lasting results. I am deeply grateful for this influence and for having found in Klaus a unique friend, mentor, and wonderful person.
Networks: External specialists when your needs extend beyond our core field
A select network of high-quality external service providers has developed around Complex Coaching, who can be brought in as needed. Complex Coaching acts solely as a liaison – without any financial interests or affiliations. Referrals to the network serve exclusively to add value and provide the best possible support for coachees.

Child and adolescent psychologists and psychotherapists
Coaching is solution-oriented in the present and future: it strengthens existing resources for clear goals and optimal performance. Psychotherapy, on the other hand, treats mental health conditions, addresses past conflicts, and stabilizes the underlying system. In other words, coaching requires a stable psychological foundation, while therapy first builds it. Complex Coaching operates exclusively within the coaching domain and is happy to refer clients to suitable therapists when necessary. We have established collaborations with qualified child and adolescent psychologists as well as psychotherapists. Should therapeutic care be required, these partnerships provide coachees with additional resources.
Physical Therapy & Neuroathletics
Complex Coaching collaborates with a select network of excellent physical therapists and neuroathletics experts. These partners optimize physical rehabilitation and recovery for young athletes as needed, improve neurological motor control, and support training performance where appropriate.
